By purchasing blocks on Wall of AI, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Pricing

Each block on the Wall of AI represents a 10x10 pixel area (100 pixels). The price per block is $100, which equates to $1 per pixel. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change for future purchases. Any price changes will not affect previously completed transactions.

2. Minimum Purchase

The minimum purchase is 1 block (10x10 pixels = 100 pixels). There is no maximum limit, subject to availability on the grid.

3. Nature of Purchase

Purchasing blocks on Wall of AI grants you the right to display a logo and an associated hyperlink in the selected area of the wall. This purchase does not constitute ownership of any part of the Wall of AI website, its domain, its infrastructure, or any intellectual property belonging to Wall of AI. You are purchasing a placement service, not digital property.

4. Refund Policy

Once a placement has been approved and is live on the wall, the purchase is non-refundable. If your submission is rejected during the review process, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests for placements that have not yet been reviewed may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content Guidelines

All logos and linked content are subject to review. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Adult or sexually explicit material
• Offensive, abusive, or harassing content
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups
• Scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software distribution

Wall of AI reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether submitted content violates these guidelines.

6. Removal of Content

The Wall of AI administration reserves the right to remove any logo, link, or placement that is found to be in violation of the content guidelines outlined in Section 5, or that is otherwise deemed harmful or inappropriate. No refund will be issued for placements removed due to policy violations. The administration may also remove content if the linked destination changes to violate these terms after the initial approval.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting a logo and link, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the submitted logo and to link to the destination URL. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wall of AI from any claims arising from intellectual property infringement related to your submission.

8. Wall Duration and Availability

Wall of AI commits to keeping the wall online and publicly accessible for a minimum of 5 years from the date of launch. During this period, all approved placements will remain visible on the wall. While we intend to maintain the wall beyond this minimum period, no guarantees are made regarding availability after the initial 5-year commitment.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Wall of AI does not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Payment is collected at the time of checkout, and your placement will be reviewed and published upon approval.

10. Modifications to Terms

Wall of AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes will not retroactively affect existing placements.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wall of AI is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wall of AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, traffic, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific placement in question.
